Get Involved and Make a Difference

Who We Are and Why Volunteers Matter

Dereham Cancer Care is a local charity offering emotional support, practical help, information, and a safe, friendly space for anyone affected by cancer. We support individuals at any stage of their cancer journey, as well as families and carers who may need comfort, guidance, or simply someone to talk to.

Our volunteers play a vital role in everything we do. They help to keep the centre running smoothly, provide a welcoming atmosphere, and support our activities and events. Every volunteer brings something unique and together they make our service possible.

What Our Volunteers Do

There are many ways to get involved, and we will always help you find a role that suits your interests, confidence, and availability.
